We use a specially formulated brick cleaning solution that will not damage the brick work and removes unsightly atmospheric soiling and returns the brick work to it’s original colour.
We are specialist brick cleaning and restoration contractors based in London with over 20 years combined experience in the industry. DOFF is a steam based stone cleaning system able to achieve temperatures of 150°C at the nozzle end. The operator can regulate the temperature and pressure to remove many types of paint or biological matter (mosses, lichens, algae).
DOFF steam cleaning is ideal for the removal of various surface coatings which have become bonded to brick, stone and other substrates and at the same time allows the operator to clean stone without use of chemicals to prolongs the good looks and life of the cleaned surface. The heat of the water also helps to kill the spores of organic matter thus increasing the length of time needed between cleaning. DOFF system is very kind to the substrate that is being cleaned and is therefore liked by listed building officers throughout the country.

Paint removal is a process where unwanted paint is dissolved with specialist masonry chemicals and thorough hydro cleansing. Once this process is complete the bricks are left undamaged and once again displaying their natural colour and beauty.
The main reason for paint removal is to restore a building to its original glory. A steam pressure washing system is used, if necessary, in conjunction with chemicals to strip off the specific layers in question to an exact level, returning the surface to its original face. We use our wealth of experience and technical knowledge to select the most appropriate cleaning solution for the substrate at hand. Our background in surface conservation and restoration means we are fully able to remove both unsightly graffiti and any coats of paint which may need replacing or removing, even if your building or ornament is particularly delicate.
